Available software on machines in the gloworm cluster
PUBSW Software
/usr/pubsw/{bin,lib} and /usr/pubsw/X/{bin,lib} contain a large
collection of freely available software. For more information about
the individual programs, see
the release announcements.
Some Stanford-licensed software (e.g. purify) requires that you have
an unexpired AFS token. To get one, run "kinit -t" (or "kinit -t
<leland ID>" if your Leland account name is different from your
gloworm account name). For more information on AFS and Kerberos,
see the resources at http://consult.stanford.edu/lelandfeatures/.
