Would you trust your data security to Microsoft?

I pulled this file from http://www.microsoft.com/ie/ a couple of weeks after they announced that they had found and fixed security holes in their web servers. I've seen it on other MicroSquash pages as recently as January 1998.

Or, is this how a loaded MicroSquash-based web server gracefully handles resource management problems when serving active server pages?
