Welcome to my research homepage. Before coming to Stanford, I obtained a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech. I've also worked for for Goodyear Tire & Rubber, NASA, and DuPont. My work experiences have varied from the factory floor installing new proprietary machinery to research groups working on computational modeling of the curing (vulcanization) process of rubber tires. My current research interest is in simulation-based medical planning, with emphasis on vascular surgery planning.
