I am a visiting researcher from Bell Labs, at Stanford until the end of summer 1997. My interests are in process and device simulation, particularly the thermal processes of oxidation and diffusion. Grid generation and numerical methods are a related interest area. I am the primary author for the process simulator Prophet.
