This directory contains two model scripts demonstrating alternative approaches to including electric field effects. The models implemented simulate diffusion of two dopants (boron and arsenic) using Fermi-level dependent diffusivities. Complete activation is assumed, and boundary conditions are ignored (all boundaries are zero-flux). The models, initial conditions, and processing conditions are discussed in the reference below. qn.pde Uses a quasi-neutral assumption to approximate potential. poisson.pde Uses a poisson equation to solve for potential. @ARTICLE{ jungling, AUTHOR = "Werner J{\"{u}}ngling and Peter Pichler and Sigfried Selbeherr and Edgar Guerrero and Hans W.
