Example Alamode input files:

b311.pde

	Boron diffusion with {311} extended defects.  The defects are solved
	kinetically but the boron pairing is assumed to be an equilibrium
	so the diffusivity is scaled by Ci/Cistar.

bp311ox.pde

	Adds phosphorus and an oxide surface layer.  The example is set up
	using Henry Chao's buried boron marker layer data.

b311eor.pde

	Add a second defect type called EOR to b311.pde.  For demonstration
	purposes, this uses the same model formulation for EOR loops as for
	{311} defects (based on Conor Rafferty's APL paper).  As additional
	variable is used to limit the EOR loop growth to a narrow region.

b311spe.pde

	Adds a variable to b311eor.pde to allow a region to be defined
	where initial defects are removed by SPE.  The models are not
	changes, just the problem initial condition.
