sstructure

Usage: sstructure [ -infile fileName ] | [ -outfile fileName ]

The sstructure command initializes Alamode's mesh and field representation from a Stanford SUPREM structure file or saves the current field values in a Stanford SUPREM structure file.

This command does not support reading or writing structure files from commercial versions of SUPREM.

sstructure [ -infile fileName ] | [ -outfile fileName ]

Caveats:

• Currently only 2D SUPREM structure files are supported by the sstructure command. As was the case for SUPREM releases before 9130, a two line quasi-1D SUPREM mesh should be used for 1D simulations.
