-estimateFirstTimeStep/-noEstimateFirstTimeStep

Try to estimate a first time step instead of using the user-provided one or the global default. The estimate is primitive, but it should be enough to guarantee nonlinear convergence in the first step. It is not guaranteed to be sufficiently small to avoid repeating time intervals due to temporal error estimates.

If the estimate is determined to be unreasonable, the default initial step is used. The estimation is not turned on in the present version.
