Ke-Chih Wu received his BS from Fudan University on Jan. 1977, his MS from Stanford University on Jan. 1981, and his PhD from Stanford University on Apr. 1987. His main research focus is on high performance computation in semiconductor device simulation including linear and nonlinear numerical algorithms and physical models for advanced carrier transport models. Honorable mention include the Intel Grand Challenge Computing Award. Hobbies and/or interests -- news junky.

Here is a description of his work with Iterative Matrix Solvers.
