Tat-Kwan Yu
Tat-Kwan Yu
Tat-Kwan Yu received his B.S.
degree from the University of Michigan in 1983, and the M.S. and Ph.D.
degrees from the University of Illinois in 1985 and 1989, respectively,
all in electrical engineering. From 1989 to 1995, he was with the
Advanced Products Research and Development Laboratory (APRDL), Motorola
Inc., Austin. In January 1996, he joined Stanford University as a
research associate focusing on computational prototyping of next
generation semiconductor device structures. His areas of interest
includes compact modeling of semiconductor devices, reliability of
multilevel interconnects, and equipment- level modeling of semiconductor
manufacturing processes.
