Bruce P. Herndon Bruce Herndon was born in Memphis, TN on 9/20/66. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University on May 1988 and a M.S. from Stanford University on June 1990 His research interests focus on using parallel supercomputers to simulate the semiconductor device equations. My approach is to use an existing simulation code and adapt it as easily as possible to the single-program-multiple-data paradigm using a global domain decomposition. Underlying issues in parallel linear solution phase of the simulation are also being explored. He is a member of Tau Beta Pi, Eta Kappa Nu, IEEE, ACM.
