REGISTRATION DEADLINE:AUGUST 22, 1997

Requests for cancellations must be received by August 30, 1997 to qualify for a refund.

Registration fee includes: all audio visual expenses, a copy of the digest, coffee breaks and the dinner at the New England Aquarium on Monday, September 8th.

Additional copies of the proceedings may be purchased at the conference site for $40. After the conference, you may order the proceedings through: Single Copy Sales, IEEE Service Center, 445 Hoes Lane, Box 1331, Piscataway, NJ 08855-1331.

If you wish to bring a guest at the dinner, please let us know in advance (preferably, include them in your advance registration form) so we could include them in the dinner count.
